Our Key Management
The following people constitute the board members:
Mr. Robert Amoako-Atta (Board Chairman). He has used his multifarious expertise in several other fields. He is the C.E.O of Ratta Investment Ltd- one of the several financially self-sustaining businesses in Ghana. He has acted as an interpreter or translator in numerous business tra nsactions; and has been useful to many organisations as seminar consultant. He speaks fluent French, German, Italian and English. He holds Masters Degree in Public Administration.
Mr. Alexander Adu-Boahene; He is a computer scientist and Information technologist whose inspiration fuels the day-to-day operations of the company. He has had a long working experience with Crowcon of UK and that he has a deep knowledge of the application of your products.
He is the managing Director/C.E.O of this company.
Miss Evelyn Tetteh: She is another Ghanaian woman of extraordinary standing. In the first place, she is a hard working woman and very enthusiastic about whatever she does.
With a strong character and a capacity to perform, she has the drive and the resilience to handle any situation.
Rebecca Adu-Boahene: Though young yet very enterprising. She is pursuing a degree in accounting at the Univers ity of Ghana and still finds time for active participation in the management of the business. She is truly a rare gem.
Mr. Yaw Owusu Ansah: He is an economist who has worked at the senior management level in the civil service of Ghana. His educational and formatory background are:

- III. University of Ghana
- IV. GIMPA.
Mr. Michael Amoako- Atta: Simply, a financial gem. He is an epitome of an unmatched and unparalleled ingenuity in financial management. He is banker at Agricultura l Development Bank in Ghana and occupies a senior management position. He holds Masters Degree in Finance and has worked in various senior management positions in the bank.
Mr. Benard Quartey: He is a Technician who has a good knowledge in almost every machine.
His passion for repairing obsolete machines is quite phenomenal and has good experience in the application of gas/fire detector equipment. He has success fully fixed many types of your products .
